SHIPPING
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Once the order is received, you can send the item back following the instructions under our Returns & Exchanges section below.

Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing and additional time for shipping. Shipping times usually take 3-10 days within USA and Canada via USPS. International deliveries can take 10-20 days. Due to COVID-19 global pandemic, shipments can be further delayed depending on your country’s customs and regulations. Your patience and understanding is appreciated in these times.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For all returns and exchanges, fill out our contact form. A representative will give you detailed instructions on how to ship the package back to us. Upon receipt of your shipment, your refund will be processed. Refunds post to your account within 7-10 business days of receiving your shipment.

Merchandise may only be returned If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong order or if the product was damaged during shipping. All returns must be within 30 Days of original purchase. If your return does not meet those requirements, it will be denied.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Unfortunately sometimes, once shipped, packages go missing or are marked as delivered, yet you have not received them. In this case, you should contact USPS and file a lost or stolen package claim online at USPS Missing Mail.
